Can you provide servers, chefs and bartenders?

Yes, we are capable of providing all necessary staff to set up, run and break down your entire event.

Can you provide tables, chairs, linens and other rental items?

Yes, please ask your catering specialist about any specific needs.

Do you charge cake cutting fees?

No. This is included in our service charge.

Do you create custom menus?

Yes, please consult your catering specialist for our long list of options.

Do you have a delivery charge and boundaries?

Your charge will be based on distance and varies from $75-$100+.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?

Yes

Do you provide service-ware and eating utensils for drop-offs?

We provide all necessary serving equipment, platters and utensils for the food provided. We can provide buffet plates, cups and flatware, upon request.

Food Presentation Methods

Passed hors d’oeuvres This option works for any event. Either as a pre-dinner appetizer or as the sole service of the party, they are easy to hold in your hand, don’t require utensils, offer variety to the menu and are easy to serve. Keep in mind that it takes wait staff to pass the hors d’oeuvres, which may increase your personnel estimate.

Stationary hors d’oeuvres work well for open houses or receptions where guests arrive intermittently or move around within your venue.

Buffet A popular service choice, this option helps keep personnel costs in line and is a good opportunity to offer a variety of menu choices.

Seated Meal There are several options for seated meals: family style or plated for family style, your guests are presented with smaller platters of food which are shared among groups of 4-8. At a plated meal, our waiter staff serves plated courses to individual diners.

For corporate catering, do you accommodate last minute orders?

We prefer 48 hours notice for all orders to ensure product availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute orders, so please contact us.

How much time do you require for set up and breakdown of my event?

Typical events require 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.

Service Choices

Seated Meal works well at formal events such as weddings, galas, or where a presentation will take place.

Standing Reception works well for events with limited space, a short event time or where you want to encourage mingling and networking-consider having your guests stand and place some cabaret tables around the room as places to rest drinks.

Partial Seating works well when guest list includes a mixed age group or may extend for a length of time.

There is an enormous amount of energy that goes into every event. Before
you request a proposal, you may want to consider the following:
• establishing a budget
• estimate a guest count
• choose your location
• set the date and time
• determine style of service for food & beverages

What does the service charge on a full scale event include?

All necessary serving equipment such as chafers, utensils, platters and bowls, administrative fees, fuel surcharges, packing, setup and breakdown of your event, etc.

What happens if I need to cancel my catering order?

You will be charged 75% of your total invoice for orders cancelled within 48 hours.

What is your delivery window?

We will set for each event based on driver availability and actual event start time.

What is your deposit requirement?
  • At time of booking: 60% of the total invoice for all events and remaining balance is due two weeks before the event date
  • 14 days out: Remaining Balance is Due
What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check and Cash. To submit a payment online, please use this form.

What other services do you provide?

We will assist in specialty rentals, event design referral, florist referral and coordination services referral.

When is my final guest count due?

10 days prior to the event date. Price will be adjusted if guest count decreases by more than 10%.
